Please join The HDF Group and the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) for a virtual HDF5 User Group Meeting to be held from October 13th to October 16th, 2020. There will be no charge for this virtual meeting but space is limited. Register early using the form below!

We are planning to have presentations and discussions on the topics listed below:

  • Updates on The HDF Group and HDF5
  • HDF5 for Exascale and HPC
  • HDF5 VOL connectors and VFDs
  • HDF5 use cases in sciences
  • HDF5 language bindings
  • HDF5 Cloud solutions
  • HDF5 Industry use cases

We will host a hands-on tutorial on HDF5 performance tuning techniques on October 13th for those who wish to attend, and the technical and invited talks will be held on October 14-16. If you plan on attending the tutorial, please click the appropriate box on the registration form.

If you are interested in presenting, we are soliciting 10-20 minute presentations. Please use this form to submit an abstract. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the members of the HUG committee using that form or via email. Additionally, we are also looking for vendor sponsors to participate in this conference. Please contact Dax Rodriguez to discuss options.
