HDF5 Support of Advanced Scientific Computing (ASC). - NASA Earth Science Data and Information System
The NASA Earth Science Data and Information System project ensures that The HDF Group can provide high quality support and services for the use of HDF software in EOS mission. - BioHDF
The BioHDF project is a collaborative effort to develop portable, scalable, next-generation sequencing (NGS) data storage technologies in HDF5. - Bioinformatics
HDF5 has many potential applications in the growing field of bioinformatics. - HDF5 .NET
A set of HDF5 .NET wrappers (HDF5DotNet) around the HDF5-1.8.7 library. - HDF4 Mapping
XML schema and tools for reading HDF4 files without relying on the HDF4 library. - HDF4-OPeNDAP
Software to access HDF4 data via OPeNDAP's Data Access Protocol. - HDF5-OPeNDAP
Software to access HDF5 data via OPeNDAP's Data Access Protocol. - NCSA systems
The HDF Group supports HDF4 and HDF5 on some of NCSA's high end systems. - JPSS
The HDF Group develops and adapts HDF5 technologies and provides user support for the Joint Polar Satellite System (formerly National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System or NPOESS).
Completed
- Boeing
No company has capitalized on the power and flexibility of HDF better than Boeing, which uses HDF in wide range of applications. - ERDC
