The HDF Group encourages an organization to negotiate a set of specified tasks involving HDF products. The final agreement is a contract specifying one or more special projects specifically configured for the user's organizational needs.
The HDF Group works closely with special project customers via regular teleconferences and on-site visits. Tasks and priorities may change depending on customer needs during the contract period.
Special projects are priced individually, depending on staffing requirements, equipment, travel, and other factors.
