For those were were in on the XML-DTD discussion wednesday afternoon,
here
is an interesting applicaton of XSIL, which was mentioned in the meeting.
XSIL is an XML-based language for describing scientific data and metadata.
Among other things, this shows several alternative ways to represent
data
streams in XML with very little markup.
